Golden Hour at the Lititz Shirt Factory

My latest painting "Golden Hour" was inspired by that incredible time of day when the sun is setting and everything is bathed in a warm, golden light, while nearby dwellings come to life with the fading light. The vibrancy of Lititz Springs Park in the fall added to the beauty of the moment, and I have wanted to try and capture it for some time. The metallic watercolor ground provided a unique challenge and opportunity to approach color from a new perspective and application.
